Embroidery Info

We can embroider up to 15 colors in one design.

Embroidery pricing is based on how many stitches it takes to create your design and quantity. When you request an official quote for your embroidery project, please include the image you want us to put on your item and tell us how large you’d like it to be.

 Art Requirements:

Vector art is preferred in Ai., EPS., or PDF file formats. High resolution Raster Art is also acceptable in PSD., TIFF., or JPG. file formats. Dimensions must be true to size and at least 300dpi, and all fonts must be converted to outline. This ensures the design stays accurate.

  • If you cannot meet the art requirements, TnT Apparels can recreate your design to meet these standards at an additional cost of $50/ hour; $25 minimum.
  • All letters need to be at least 0.2" tall
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring each design is correctly sized, by location and according to the " Sizing Guidelines " document. *TnT Apparels will not be responsible for any poor-quality embroidery. If these guidelines are not followed in the artwork/designs.

 Setup Costs Logos/Artwork Digitizing:

  • Digitizing (required for all first-time embroidery runs): $25-$50 NON-REFUNDABLE
  • First stitch out included - additional stitch out samples +$10
  • FREE DIGITIZING FOR ORDERS OVER 80 PIECES
  • There is zero setup cost if artwork is a Re-order
  • Shirt digitizing is different than Hat digitizing, therefore you would need two digitized files (2 Separate costs).

 Supplier Provided Merchandise:

  • Please provide us with a complete detailed list including styles, color, and size breakdown.
  • Unpacking of individually wrapped items- $0.25/per item

*We are not responsible for embroidering on incorrect styles, colors and sizes or any defective items received from your apparel vendors.

Customer Provided Items:

If we are not able to find the product you are looking for, you can provide your pre-approved items for embroidery. There will be a $2/per item handling fee added.

*If there are misprints or damage with provided items TnT Apparels cannot and will not be held responsible.

Ordering extra 3% with your initial order is recommended.

 Personalized Name/Words:

If you need a name or word embroidered, you can save on setup by using our stock fonts.

1-4 items

$8 each item.  Add second line for addition $2/per

5-10 items

$6 each item. Add second line for addition $1.50/per

10+ items or more

$5 each item. Add second line for addition $0.50/per

  • Must be same color thread, print location and same font
  • Additional costs for customization additions

 Additional Services/Charges:

  • 3D “PUFF” Hats add $1 per item for 1st color -$0.15 per item for each additional color
  • Custom color matching - $40
  • Individual folding and plastic wrapping $0.40 per item (Optional)
  • Non-standard locations - back yoke, sleeve, above pocket, hat side, hat back, etc. $0.20 per item
  • Topping (as required) $0.25 per item - for beanies, stocking caps, terry cloth apparel, or requested.
  • Additional $2 per color change per item after 10th color in design

 Terms and Conditions

When approving an invoice and/or agreeing to do business with us, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

 Rush Fees:

Production starts the day after product arrival & this does NOT include transit time.

  • 1 Business Day - 100% upcharge on Invoice total minus shipping.
  • 2 Business Days - 75% upcharge on Invoice total minus shipping.
  • 3 Business Days - 50% upcharge on Invoice total minus shipping.
  • 4-5 Business Days – 25% upcharge on Invoice total minus shipping.

 Blank Apparel:

All blank apparel will need to arrive to our facility at least (3) days prior to the production date listed in an invoice, for the production & shipping dates to be met.

 Order Approval:

Orders must be approved the same day they are received to lock in the production and shipping dates listed in the invoice.

 Payment Terms: 

Payment in full is required prior to production for the first (3) orders for any new customer. After the first three orders, alternate payment terms may be afforded.

 Shipping/Transit Time:

Once your packages leave our facility, we are not responsible for any delays in transit.
